Site Engineer – Construction & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead construction and interior fit‑out activities on our Dubai projects. The role involves supervising daily site work, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the approved designs, quality standards, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and fit‑out site activities.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams.
• Review architectural and construction drawings to identify site requirements.
• Track progress and keep activities on schedule.
• Manage manpower, material, and equipment logistics on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and workmanship standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Participate in site meetings, project inspections, snagging, and final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer on construction and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution methods, construction techniques, and fit‑out works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fit‑out drawings.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Good understanding of site quality and safety requirements.
