Site Engineer – Construction Projects in Dubai

About the role

BNBC Contracting is looking for a Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities in Dubai. You will ensure that daily operations follow approved drawings, specifications and schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily construction work to keep the project on schedule.
• Enforce compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications and project timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between subcontractors, consultants and internal engineering teams.
• Monitor build quality, safety metrics and milestone delivery, producing audit‑ready site reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve site conflicts promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to HSE regulations and project quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on site engineering experience on UAE construction projects.
• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with site supervision tools and project documentation systems.
