Site Engineer - Fit Out with Driving Licence

About the role

We are a leading luxury fit‑out contractor seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead high‑end retail, commercial and residential fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover. The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work meets luxury‑grade quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers and on‑site labour.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Plan site programmes, monitor progress and track milestones for timely delivery.
• Enforce health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with project managers, designers, clients and consultants.
• Conduct quality inspections, snagging and oversee finishing works.
• Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly and implement solutions.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics and resource allocation.
• Lead site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Deliver defect‑free final handover aligned with client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in high‑end or luxury fit‑out projects (retail, commercial, hospitality).
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast‑paced schedules and demanding client requirements.
