Site Manager – AFCAP V Jordan SWA Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Site Manager to lead Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS) at an assigned location in the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility. The role ensures safe, efficient aircraft arrival, servicing, and departure for U.S. and coalition forces while maintaining strict compliance with all contractual and governmental directives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety, FOD prevention, and tool control procedures.
• Oversee daily TAS operations—including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around, and departure—to meet Performance Work Statement objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor flight‑line personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and customer‑focused service.
• Coordinate tasking, assign work, monitor execution, and resolve operational challenges affecting aircraft flow.
• Schedule personnel shifts, rotations, and coverage to ensure 24/7/365 operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality‑assurance requirements and provide required documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proven experience managing flight‑line or transient aircraft services in an austere, high‑tempo environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise and mentor diverse personnel.
• Capability to work 24/7/365 and coordinate with government stakeholders.
