Site Subcontracts Administrator – Mechanical (Piping)

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Site Subcontracts Administrator – Mechanical to join its EPCM team in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based full‑time on‑site, supporting the administration of subcontract agreements for piping and mechanical works within large oil and gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ancillary subcontract packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support site‑based procurement and logistics.
• Monitor subcontract performance, progress, and documentation on the project site.
• Ensure alignment with ADNOC procedures and FIDIC contract requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of subcontract documents, change orders, and claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience in subcontract administration within the oil & gas sector.
• Familiarity with ADNOC procedures and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong understanding of site‑based procurement, logistics, and construction processes.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
