Site Supervisor – Civils

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Civils to manage laboratory and field‑testing operations across multiple project sites. You will act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring that all testing activities meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site laboratory and field‑testing activities.
• Coordinate laboratory setup, staffing, and technician scheduling.
• Review and verify test reports before client submission.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and internal quality procedures.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Liaise with clients and project teams on testing schedules and technical matters.
• Lead, develop, and mentor technical staff while promoting a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil materials testing, including team leadership.
• Proven experience managing site laboratories and field‑testing operations.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt testing.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality systems.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
