Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will be based on‑site in Dubai, overseeing daily activities at our luxury property projects. This full‑time position ensures construction, fit‑out and maintenance work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day site operations, including work schedules and staff supervision.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections, document progress and address operational issues promptly.
• Verify compliance with local regulations, safety standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and reports to management.
• Support client visits and ensure properties are presented to a high standard.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of on‑site processes and safety practices.

Required profile

• Strong site supervision experience, including coordination of daily operations, staff oversight and contractor management.
• Knowledge of property, construction or fit‑out processes, quality control, safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Relevant experience in real estate, facilities management, construction supervision or a related field within Dubai/UAE preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in a fast‑paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with basic office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, site reporting applications); familiarity with real estate or project‑management software is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, real estate or equivalent practical experience.
