Site Supervisor – Marble & Stone Works

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead marble and stone installation works on luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role requires a hands‑on foreman with deep UAE experience in handling marble, travertine and large‑format porcelain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site installation of marble, travertine and porcelain using both dry cladding and wet methodology.
• Ensure high‑quality craftsmanship: precise jointing, alignment, book‑matching, cutting and polishing.
• Interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans and cut‑lists accurately.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing project timelines and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and project engineers on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stone work in the UAE.
• Previous employment with a specialised marble/stone company.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English for daily coordination.
