About the role

As a Site Support Engineer you will provide hands‑on application training and technical support at project sites across the region. You will work directly with EPC contractors and Promat Recognised Applicators, ensuring successful implementation of passive fire protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver on‑site application training for EPCs and PRA partners.
Provide practical technical support and troubleshooting at project sites.
Maintain high product knowledge of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems.
Apply QA/QC procedures to guarantee installation quality.
Support regional teams with proactive problem solving.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of passive fire protection products and market competition.
Proactive, flexible and conscientious attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
