Site Technical Superintendent

About the role

The Site Technical Superintendent provides senior technical leadership on‑site, overseeing the maintenance, readiness, and safe operation of all earthmoving and heavy construction equipment, as well as coordinating marine assets involved in dredging and marine construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day technical operations and maintenance planning for earthmoving and heavy construction plant.
• Ensure operational readiness of marine equipment and coordinate with vessel owners, operators, and charter parties.
• Act as the primary technical authority between the construction team, equipment suppliers, OEM representatives, and marine subcontractors.
• Guarantee compliance with NMDC QHSE standards and local regulations for all plant and marine assets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in field technical management of construction and marine equipment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE rules and local regulatory requirements.
