SMB Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking an experienced SMB Account Manager to lead relationships with its most important restaurant partners in Dubai. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to help partners grow while contributing to Deliveroo’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important restaurants, including high‑sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.
• Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
• Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for partners and for Deliveroo.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and other departments to launch new initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably within restaurant or food‑service sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Well‑organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
