SOC Analyst

About the role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst will join DarkMatter’s SOC team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the validation, analysis, and documentation of security investigations. You will work closely with the Security Response Team to ensure timely escalation and resolution of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and analyze security investigations within the SOC.
• Document investigation details, determine validity and priority, and escalate to the Security Response Team as needed.
• Communicate incident status and follow SOC escalation guidelines.
• Work 8‑10 hour shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in the Information Security domain.
• At least 3 years of experience in a SOC or NOC environment.
• Current employment in a Security Operations environment.
• Strong desire to innovate within the UAE.

• Experience with ArcSight.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with McAfee.
• Experience with Symantec.
• Experience with Tripwire.
• Experience with Cisco security solutions.
