About the role

Expin, a leading influencer collaboration platform in the UAE, is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join its Dubai team. This hybrid role combines on‑site content production with flexible remote work, allowing you to craft engaging visual and written assets for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish short‑form videos, photos and copy tailored to each platform.
• Capture high‑quality visual content during influencer experiences at partner venues.
• Write compelling captions and short‑form copy that align with campaign objectives.
• Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars to meet timeline requirements.
• Collaborate closely with influencers, venue partners and internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media content creation, including short‑form video, photography and copywriting.
• Experience with social media management, content planning, scheduling and basic analytics tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with influencers, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of current platform trends, audience engagement strategies and influencer marketing.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
