Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

Andrea Wazen is seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Content Executive to join its Dubai team. The role blends content creation, filming, editing and social media management, turning everyday brand moments into engaging, social‑first storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Capture day‑to‑day, behind‑the‑scenes moments across the Andrea Wazen brand universe, including design development, fittings, collections, events and travel.
• Film high‑quality vertical video using iPhone and lightweight equipment.
• Create and edit Reels and short‑form videos from concept through final execution.
• Write captions, prepare posts, Stories and Reels, and manage publishing to maintain a consistent social presence.
• Build weekly and monthly content calendars and coordinate with creative, e‑commerce and marketing teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, adapt trends to the brand aesthetic and continuously improve the social strategy.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Reels and short‑form video content.
• Excellent filming and video‑editing abilities.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Refined visual eye with genuine interest in fashion, luxury, design and culture.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
