Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist – UAE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, self‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our brand’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. You will work independently to plan, create, publish and monitor content that showcases our services, expertise and corporate identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy and content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Create, edit and publish written, graphic, photo and short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, LinkedIn posts).
• Manage company pages: posting, scheduling, monitoring comments, messages and engagement.
• Grow followers, improve engagement and increase digital visibility.
• Track trends, algorithm changes and competitor activity; recommend new opportunities.
• Coordinate photography, video production and basic paid social campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce periodic reports on reach, engagement, leads and other KPIs.
• Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven social media management experience, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok business accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement and platform analytics.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tool.
• Video editing tools.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok business features.
