Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive and Content Creator to shape the digital narrative of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The role will craft engaging short‑form video and visual content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, driving brand prestige and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy that reflects the luxury and exclusivity of the St. Regis brand.
• Conceptualise, produce and edit short‑form videos, reels, stories and posts tailored to each platform.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximise reach and ROI.
• Design innovative, viral campaigns that resonate with discerning travel and lifestyle audiences.
• Monitor analytics, report performance and continuously refine content strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in travel, luxury and digital media.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation and influencer marketing.
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to trend spotting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and video editing tools such as Lightroom, CapCut and Premiere.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Excellent video production and editing capabilities.
