Social Media Manager – Content Creation & Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence for Digitally Media LLC. You will design and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging storytelling and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan and implement monthly content calendars and creative campaigns.
• Shoot, edit and produce high‑quality photos and videos, including behind‑the‑scenes and event coverage.
• Cover corporate events, graduations, client projects and other occasions across the UAE.
• Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong photography, videography and video‑editing abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for storytelling, branding and digital marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, meeting deadlines and travelling across the UAE for shoots.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays.
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
