About the role
We are looking for a creative, commercially‑minded Social Media Manager to own and grow Circles’ brand presence across social channels in the UAE. The role sits at the intersection of content, community and brand activation, driving audience engagement and translating brand strategy into converting content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts and Snapchat, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Define channel‑specific content approaches, adapting the brand tone of voice and posting cadence to UAE audience behaviours.
- Plan, create and schedule content, working closely with agency partners to produce video‑first assets that capture fast‑moving trends.
- Manage community interactions, monitor conversations and respond to audience queries.
- Track performance metrics, produce regular reports and optimise tactics based on data insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure social initiatives support broader marketing and product launches.
Required profile
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for digital trends in the UAE market.
- Excellent instinct for what resonates with a diverse, multicultural audience.
- Ability to brief and guide agency partners to deliver high‑impact content.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a focus on growth and engagement.
