Social Media Manager

About the role

Onelink Properties is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join its growing Marketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging audiences, and driving performance across all relevant social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy.
• Prepare and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate property, branding, recruitment, leadership, and corporate content.
• Publish and schedule posts across relevant social media platforms.
• Oversee community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Organise content shoots, property campaigns, interviews, and events.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.
• Track and report reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Three to five years of proven social media experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop social media strategies and content calendars.
• Strong understanding of content planning, community management, and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project‑management skills.
• Experience in Dubai real estate or the luxury sector is preferred.
• A strong portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts.
