About the role

Springfield Properties is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate its digital presence and strengthen the brand across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers and the marketing team to produce high‑quality content.
• Create and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent posting.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and optimise content based on insights.
• Coordinate with sales and recruitment teams to support property launches, events and hiring initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with Springfield’s brand identity and marketing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
