Social Media Manager

About the role

Rednox is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead the social presence of multiple client brands as well as its own digital channels. The role requires fluency in both English and Arabic and a strong ability to craft compelling content that drives audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars for several brands.
• Create concepts for Reels, carousels, static posts and LinkedIn articles.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, handling scheduling, publishing and community interaction.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and copy in English and Arabic.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging across platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and emerging content opportunities.
• Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers and video editors.
• Monitor organic performance, analyse metrics and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication in both English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
