Social Media Manager

About the role

Minimalist.ae, a luxury lifestyle brand based in Dubai, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will shape strategy, create engaging content, and drive user acquisition, retention, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars and social media strategies.
• Implement, measure and optimise campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and paid ads.
• Translate design concepts into social assets and maintain an organised asset library.
• Write copy for social posts and email blasts, schedule and analyse performance.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to identify trends and new channels.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of managerial digital marketing experience in a UAE e‑commerce or luxury fashion/watch company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat advertising.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, G‑Suite and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design.
