Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and supervision of social media content for all TV and radio channels within the TV & Radio Unit. You will ensure that every piece of content is engaging, timely, and aligned with each channel’s identity and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly, monthly and campaign‑based social media content plans that sync with TV and radio programming schedules.
• Identify high‑value moments from TV programs, radio shows, interviews and live events and adapt them into short‑form videos, reels, stories and posts.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end content creation process, including selection, concept development, scripting, editing, captioning, thumbnail design and graphics.
• Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to publishing calendars.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Media & Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• UAE nationality.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Full‑time availability.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between 30,001 and 40,000 AED.
• Permanent full‑time position based in Dubai.
