Social Media Manager

About the role

Binayah Properties is looking for a creative and commercially driven Social Media Manager to own its social media presence and strengthen the brand’s online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies.
• Create engaging copy, visuals and video, including Reels and short‑form content.
• Identify trends and turn them into high‑performing content.
• Grow the social presence and ensure brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to create, test and improve content.
• Track performance metrics and use data to optimise results.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and management teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of social media management experience.
• Real‑estate marketing experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong portfolio of social media and content work.
• Proven ability to grow social accounts or generate leads through content.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels and current content trends.
• Hands‑on experience with design and video editing.
• Creative instincts and solid branding sense.
• Proactive mindset with confidence to take ownership.
• Experience with international or multilingual audiences is a plus.
