Social Media & Marketing Manager

About the role

PowerHouseAV is seeking a creative, data‑savvy Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and grow its digital presence across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will shape how a luxury technology brand showcases its projects online, from cinematic project reels to targeted campaigns for architects, designers, and high‑end homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms; maintain content calendars and manage daily posting and community engagement.
• Produce high‑quality photo and video content by shooting, editing and formatting material for short‑form platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, visuals and messaging across all digital channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign results and continuously refine strategy based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal design and installation teams on product launches, events and promotions; coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth in the UAE and Middle East.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and optimization (SMO) with hands‑on management of Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Ability to operate video cameras and produce high‑quality photo and video content.
• Strong video editing skills for short‑form platforms (Reels, TikToks, Snapchat stories).
• Excellent written communication, content‑strategy development and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, analytics and paid‑advertising concepts.
