Social Media & PR Executive

About the role

Junior’s Fashion Week (JFW) is seeking a proactive Social Media & PR Executive to lead the digital presence of its Dubai hub. The role combines social media management, public relations, influencer collaborations and event visibility to strengthen JFW’s position in the children’s fashion market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create and schedule reels, stories, posts, campaigns and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots, working with photographers, videographers and creative teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, creators and parenting communities.
• Secure PR coverage, arrange interviews and manage event visibility.
• Oversee influencer outreach, briefings, deliverables and on‑site activation at events.
• Support brand collaborations, on‑ground activations, launches and campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, networking and content creation abilities.
• Creative, organized, proactive and execution‑focused mindset.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or events is a plus.
