Social Media & PR Manager

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & PR Manager to own the public‑facing brand presence for its Healthy Pod brands across the GCC and to shape Kitopi’s broader social media strategy. The role blends content creation, community management, influencer partnerships, and public relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns—including seasonal promotions, dish launches and brand collaborations—from concept and copywriting through creative briefing and rollout.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across markets, adapting copy for Saudi‑specific dialects, Dubai conventions and platform‑specific tones.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, acting as brand guardian on all social channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform‑native assets.
• Design and run a tiered influencer and ambassador programme across the UAE and KSA, overseeing paid, barter and performance‑based collaborations.
• Draft press releases, external statements and other PR materials to support brand visibility.

Required profile

• Comfortable writing scroll‑stopping copy and engaging directly with online communities.
• Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer programmes.
• Strong ability to draft press releases and handle public‑facing communications.
• Cross‑functional mindset, able to work with brand, content, design and PR teams.
