Soft FM Services Supervisor

About the role

The Soft FM Services Supervisor ensures that third‑party service contractors deliver work that meets contractual obligations, Service Operation Manuals and both local and international quality standards. The role involves regular on‑site inspections, audit compliance and supporting operational excellence across assigned facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify Service Operation Manuals (SOMs) against actual site conditions and recommend updates.
• Monitor implementation of approved programs and procedures outlined in SOMs.
• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc inspections in line with company audit programmes.
• Identify non‑compliance issues, coordinate corrective actions and track their resolution.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, reports and corrective‑action tracking.
• Review contractor documentation for contractual compliance and accuracy.
• Support performance evaluation of service providers using defined KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly evaluation reports for management.
• Perform follow‑up inspections to verify closure of audit findings.
• Supervise contractors on‑site to ensure work is completed as per scope and timelines.
• Monitor labour, productivity, materials and equipment usage for efficient operations.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or facilities management.
• Prior experience supervising contractors and service providers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contractor supervision and building services.
