Soft Service Supervisor

About the role

The Soft Service Supervisor ensures a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for clients, tenants, and visitors across BESIX sites in Abu Dhabi. You will lead daily soft‑services operations, coordinate teams, and uphold high service quality while complying with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest‑control coordination, landscaping, and janitorial tasks.
• Lead and manage soft‑services staff, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Allocate daily tasks, provide training, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Perform routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces to verify cleanliness and compliance.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
• Coordinate with facility management, subcontractors, help‑desk functions, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Control inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, chemicals, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, attendance logs, and service documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising soft‑services or facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards.
