Software Sales Specialist – Abu Dhabi & Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Specialist to drive growth of our B2B software solutions across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in SaaS sales, strong relationship‑building abilities, and a passion for helping businesses adopt innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow‑ups with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in an office environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
