Solar Project Manager – Power Plant Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead the construction of a solar power plant in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance with local regulations and contract terms.

Key responsibilities

• Organise technical documentation and manage the construction schedule.
• Coordinate with owners, supervisors, design institutes, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Research and assess subcontractors and local market conditions in line with contract requirements.
• Ensure site safety, quality control, progress monitoring, cost control, and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in photovoltaic or solar power plant construction, preferably both domestic and overseas.
• Willingness to undertake long‑term business trips.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies for large‑scale construction.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, quality‑control standards, and regulatory compliance for solar power plants.
