Solution Architect – AI CRM (Senior)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a hardworking and passionate Solution Architect to help customers optimally use Salesforce products. The role involves understanding business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and scoping end‑to‑end implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi‑cloud implementation touchpoints.
• Work closely with customers to understand detailed business processes and collaborate with IT partners.
• Create prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and mockups to elicit and define requirements.
• Own user stories and business requirement documents, and detail them for agile sprints.
• Participate in UAT and Go‑Live activities, including test planning, script development, execution and reporting.
• Analyze data requirements, map to Salesforce objects or external REST endpoints, and identify automation opportunities.
• Document solutions using flow charts, screenshots, and videos.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of CRM experience with proven ability to translate business strategies into implementation designs.
• Strong design and visual communication skills, able to document requirements with text, diagrams and videos.
• Self‑directed, capable of breaking down complex processes, assigning actions and managing timelines.
• Experience with process modeling tools, standard methodologies, data modeling, systems analysis and design.
