Solution Architect – Associate Director (Infrastructure & Capital Projects)

About the role

Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering practice is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead architectural design for complex infrastructure and capital project programs. Based in Dubai, you will bridge business strategy with technical execution, driving digital transformation across engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document end‑to‑end architectural roadmaps that address functional and non‑functional requirements for capital project lifecycles.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring solutions conform to governance standards and client expectations.
• Manage projects from inception to delivery, implementing fit‑for‑purpose processes for scope, cost, schedule and risk management.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, purchasing, quality and production teams to align architectural decisions with operational needs.
• Guide senior stakeholders in adopting scalable, sustainable architectures that improve project performance and reduce risk.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in infrastructure, capital projects or large‑scale engineering delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication processes.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering architectural solutions that meet business and technical objectives.

Required skills

• Experience with industry‑standard modelling notations and architectural design principles.
• Ability to create and enforce solution standards, guidelines and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of digital transformation technologies applied to infrastructure and capital projects.
