Solution Architect – Lending & Loan Origination Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end lending solutions for our banking clients in Dubai. You will shape the architecture of loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing and collections across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document high‑level and low‑level designs for lending transformation programs.
• Design scalable, secure and resilient solutions that comply with enterprise standards and banking regulations.
• Lead architecture for retail and corporate loan products, including personal, auto, mortgage, SME, corporate and Islamic financing.
• Evaluate and recommend customization approaches for platforms such as FinnOne, Finacle, Temenos Transact (T24), Oracle Banking Lending, Newgen LOS and FISERV.
• Design integration patterns with core banking systems, credit bureaus (AECB, SIMAH, Experian, Equifax, TransUnion), digital channels, CRM, payment systems, AML/KYC, document management and BPM/workflow platforms.
• Promote API‑first and event‑driven architectures to enable digital onboarding and seamless data flow.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in banking and financial services, with deep knowledge of retail and corporate lending processes.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major lending platform (FinnOne, Finacle, Temenos, Oracle Banking, Newgen LOS, or FISERV).
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, credit bureau integrations and enterprise banking ecosystems.
