Solution Manager Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Solution Manager – Wealth Coverage will design and operate the framework for ADIB’s international wealth management activities. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on creating strategic corridors to serve high‑net‑worth clients across the bank’s global footprint and to coordinate lead referrals from multiple banking channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement rules of engagement, policies and procedures for wealth management services in international markets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead market‑entry strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the bank’s wealth management footprint in new regions.
• Identify and acquire high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, manage lead referral processes, and oversee client onboarding and satisfaction loops.
• Monitor performance of referral processes, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on cross‑border acquisition and market expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international wealth management, cross‑border client acquisition, and market entry strategy.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for wealth services across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to collaborate with corporate, business banking, brokerage and other internal teams to drive referrals.
