Solution Sales Manager

About the role

The Solution Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of service solutions for MaK Medium Speed Engines across the Marine and Electric Power segments. Based in Dubai, you will support customers throughout the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) region, driving sustainable business growth through strong customer engagement and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned key accounts within the Marine and Electric Power segments across the EAME region.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on aftermarket solutions, customer retention, and long‑term business development.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty and future opportunities.
• Own key account activities, ensuring technical and commercial commitments are met while identifying additional business opportunities.
• Promote Caterpillar service solutions including parts, upgrades, emissions solutions, REParts, In‑Situ Services and digital connectivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or engine solutions sales, preferably within marine or electric power markets.
• Strong understanding of the EAME region’s customer landscape and dealer network.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, dealers, service partners and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic account management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MaK Medium Speed Engines.
• Understanding of aftermarket service solutions.
