Solutions Architect – UAE (Dubai)

About the role

Cohere, a security‑first enterprise AI company, is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive adoption of its foundation models across the UAE and the wider MENA region. The role partners with account executives, partners and leadership to showcase the value of Cohere’s technology to enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
• Lead technical talks, design enterprise architectures, and run pilots and evaluations for strategic customers.
• Act as the trusted technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with partners to create strategies that accelerate customer adoption.
• Document processes to enable the Solutions Architect team to scale effectively.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer‑facing technical pre/post‑sales experience (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Passion for Generative AI and solid understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both C‑level executives and technical audiences.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and can implement high‑impact processes.
• Native‑level Arabic and must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Strong grasp of machine‑learning fundamentals (training, evaluation, etc.).
• Architecting, deploying or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with assistive coding tools.
