Solutions Consultant

About the role

Creatio is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support the growth of its EMEA business from Dubai. You will act as the technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical meetings with sales executives and customers, delivering product demos, custom configurations, and training.
• Design and deliver high‑quality Proof‑of‑Concepts and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Represent Creatio at conferences, summits and partner events.
• Collaborate with partners to define sales strategies and communicate product roadmap.
• Perform competitor analysis and provide feedback to R&D and product teams.
• Present technical and business solutions to C‑level audiences and contribute to regional deal‑win strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of presales experience in SaaS/PaaS, handling complex deals, custom POCs and demos.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, BPM, ERP or HCM systems, and No‑Code/Low‑Code platforms.
• Technical ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Hands‑on programming experience in modern web or enterprise development environments.
• Familiarity with production environments such as application servers, web servers and databases.
