Sonographer – Diagnostic Ultrasound

About the role
The Sonographer will perform radiographic and ultrasound procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients in line with Mediclinic standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine radiographic and ultrasound examinations following set guidelines.
- Provide professional guidance, care and support to patients throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policy and statutory requirements.
- Ensure patient safety standards are consistently applied.
- Perform equipment calibration and routine maintenance checks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound, Sonography, Radiography, Radiology Technology or Medical Imaging.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in diagnostic ultrasound or radiography.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Understanding of patient safety standards and client service principles.
