Sourcing Manager – Procurement for Fit‑Out Exhibition Project

About the role

Pearl City Construction is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join a new international Fit‑Out Exhibition project in Dubai. The role starts immediately and focuses on delivering cost‑effective procurement solutions while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate take‑offs to ensure precise budgeting.
• Research new materials for design innovation and cost savings.
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that drive cost reductions and simplify processes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure resources and improve pricing and quality.
• Prepare and manage construction budgets and performance metrics.
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and expedite materials and equipment for projects.
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers on‑site as required.
• Monitor project budgets, analyse deviations, and ensure compliance.
• Support the company’s quality control program.
• Handle change‑order requests.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience on international construction projects.
• Fluent English (B2/C1); Arabic is an asset.
• Experience with museum or exhibition projects is highly valued.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage suppliers.
