Spa Attendant

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the award‑winning Banyan Tree Spa. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure a seamless experience from the moment of enquiry through to departure, reflecting the brand’s commitment to luxury and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all spa guests with a personalised, professional approach.
• Manage reservations, appointments, cancellations and changes using the spa’s booking system.
• Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, packages, promotions and availability.
• Assist guests with spa facilities, treatment options and other resort amenities.
• Anticipate and respond to guest requests promptly, maintaining a calm and luxurious environment.
• Coordinate with therapists and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
