About the role

Join the Spa department at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel as a Spa Attendant. You will support the daily operations of the male spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests in a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and set up daily operations of the male spa according to Talise standards.
• Greet guests, provide courteous service, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Replenish spa supplies, monitor inventory levels and request stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of treatment rooms, equipment, water systems, and locker areas.
• Handle guest complaints, record feedback and report any damage, loss or breakage.
• Assist therapists and practitioners with preparation for treatments or baths and report equipment deficiencies.
