Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the Fairmont Dubai Spa, ensuring the highest standards of guest experience, colleague satisfaction, and financial performance. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will shape short‑term and long‑term strategies that position the spa as a premier wellness destination in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in line with Fairmont Spa brand standards.
• Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining strict productivity and expense controls.
• Oversee recruitment, selection interviews, and onboarding of spa staff.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director on project planning and implementation.
• Design, deliver, and monitor comprehensive training programs for all spa colleagues.
• Ensure all services comply with health, safety, environmental, and brand quality standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities to provide accurate information to guests.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort spa environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering anticipative, high‑quality guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to spa operations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and service sequences.
• Ability to conduct staff interviews and performance evaluations.
