Spa Manager

About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the spa operations at its Dubai property. The role oversees all aspects of the spa, from treatment delivery to guest services, ensuring high standards of service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of spa staff, including therapists, reception, and locker‑room personnel.
• Manage the spa budget, operating statements, payroll reports and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa facilities and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints and promote exceptional customer service.
• Assume the Spa Director’s duties in their absence and support overall property financial goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews and employee recognition programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services or a related hospitality field.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, inventory control and service quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
