Spa Massage Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Massage Therapist to join a leading luxury beauty and wellness brand in Dubai. You will work in a premium spa environment, delivering professional massage and wellness treatments while creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and slimming treatments.
• Conduct guest consultations, recommend after‑care and retail products, and ensure a personalized experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and spa equipment usage.
• Support daily spa operations and uphold luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Massage Therapist or equivalent international experience.
• Professional Massage Therapy certification (at least 150 hours).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, presentation, and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
