Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Spa Receptionist at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking wellness experiences. You will create a warm, professional welcome, manage appointments and ensure a seamless, luxurious journey from enquiry to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide personalised service and guide them through spa facilities and treatment options.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and changes using the spa’s booking system, coordinating closely with therapists.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and digitally, offering treatment recommendations and recording preferences.
• Process payments accurately, issue invoices and support daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area and keep brochures, menus and promotional materials up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa reception, front desk or guest‑relations role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services and luxury guest expectations.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong administrative, organisational and multitasking abilities.
