Spa Service Expert

About the role

The Spa Service Expert joins the JW Marriott Dubai team to deliver memorable spa experiences for guests. Working on the spa floor, you will promote services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check‑in and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
• Answer guest inquiries about treatments, pricing, and availability.
• Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle transaction details.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment on the spa floor.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 10 lb (25 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
