About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join the wellness team of a premier luxury hospitality property in Dubai. The role involves delivering a full suite of high‑end spa treatments while ensuring an exceptional, personalized guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform luxury spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps and holistic therapies to international standards.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations, assess needs, and design personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for treatment rooms, equipment and product inventory.
• Provide product and after‑care advice to enhance guests’ wellness journeys.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and wellness teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Recognized international certification in massage therapy, esthetics or a related discipline (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC).
• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high‑end wellness resort.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE work eligibility or willingness to relocate.
