About the role

The Creekside Hotel in Dubai is expanding its spa team and is looking for experienced professionals to join a dynamic hospitality environment. Positions are available across the spa department, from head therapist to reception and attendant roles, offering the chance to work in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Manage daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory, and client records (for senior roles).
• Provide front‑desk support, handle bookings, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to promote spa packages and up‑sell services.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or certification in spa therapy, cosmetology, or related field.
• Advanced level experience in a hotel or resort spa environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
