Spa Treatment Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its Spa & Wellness department. Reporting to the Spa Operations Manager, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise therapists to maintain a high standard of spa treatments.
• Develop, deliver, and record departmental training plans and assessments.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development department for training needs.
• Conduct LQE and FORBES refresher training to ensure best practices.
• Manage stock control, conduct stock takes, and place orders for professional products and amenities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
